Safe Fan-To-Fan Resale

We’re partnering with Tixel for safe fan-to-fan resale, hurray! But what does this actually mean for you, as an attendee?

In short, this partnership allows us to provide a safe, simple, and secure way for you to buy, sell, and manage your festival tickets.

Let’s take a look at how Tixel can support you

Safe + Secure Ticket Transactions

You might be tempted to sell on social media platforms – but what happens when things go wrong? We highly urge anyone looking to sell their ticket or buy second-hand to avoid this sort of activity, scammers are rife and often our hands are tied in terms of being able to assist you, if you fall victim to one.

With Tixel, you can rest assured that the resale process is safe and secure. When you sell a ticket, Tixel will even update the name on the original ticket, which will be sent out to you a week or two before the event via email, no physical ticket or wrong-name mishaps!

Sell Your Tickets Before They're Released To You

Belladrum tickets are sent out digitally, much closer to the event… around 5-7 days approx. Historically, this could have made selling on your ticket difficult. But we’ve got good news for you -

Even if your physical or downloadable ticket isn’t available yet (a measure many organisers including Bella use to combat scalping or scammers), you can still sell your ticket securely on Tixel using just your booking confirmation email.

Booking confirmation emails are sent out automatically to your email address at the time of initial ticket purchase – can’t find this? Check your spam and promotions folder, sometimes they’re sneaky and like to hide. Still stuck? You can reach out to our ticketing partner Gigantic on customerservices@gigantic.com and they can re-send your confirmation email to you.

FOMO no more, with the Waitlist Feature

If the ticket category you’re after (like our popular campervan passes or glamping tents) has sold out, don’t panic! Tixel’s Waitlist has got you covered.

·       Join the Waitlist: You can easily sign up for notifications about the specific ticket type or types, that you’re seeking. This way, if someone lists this ticket type, you’ll get an email to let you know.

·       Pre-Authorise Your Card: If you want to go one step further, you can lock in your desired ticket price (e.g set a limit in terms of what you’re willing to pay) and let Tixel automatically secure your spot as soon as the ticket becomes available, by pre-authorising your card.

You can sign up to the waiting list here:

Campervans / Campervans and Glampervans

Please do not use any other channels other than Tixel to resell these ticket types. Although general festival entry tickets are digital - each vehicle needs a physical window sticker, which is sent to you by post, in order to access the site.

If you choose to sell your ticket via social media or alternative methods, you will be responsible for arranging to send the physical sticker to the new buyer when you receive it in the post, and there is a risk that the pass may not arrive with the new buyer in time.

If you choose to purchase a campervan/glampervan/caravan pass through other means against our advice (not Tixel) and do not receive the physical sticker, there is no guarantee we can arrange a new physical pass for you. Please note that we have no way of managing or verifying private sales. This creates a risk of duplicate or fraudulent tickets being sold, and we cannot guarantee that replacement stickers will be issued if the original is not passed on correctly. It also creates the possibility of more vehicles arriving on site than we have capacity for.

By using Tixel, which works directly with our ticketing partner Gigantic, the resale process can be managed securely and correctly, ensuring the physical sticker is sent to the new ticket holder.

Need more reasons to use Tixel?

As we said, we know it can be tempting to explore other platforms for resale deals, but it’s risky.

Scammers have become increasingly sophisticated over the years and using unofficial platforms like Facebook could leave you with a fake ticket—or no ticket at all. We can’t stress this enough, it is not worth the worry and unknown.

Rather than worrying on the lead up to Belladrum about whether you might have issues gaining entry on arrival, you can buy from Tixel and actually enjoy your festival countdown!

Remember, if you purchase a fake ticket or scam ticket through alternative channels, there’s nothing we can do, and we won’t be able to provide you a refund.

Tixel is your ticket to peace of mind with legitimate transactions, and it’s super simple to use!

We’re confident that Tixel will once again make your festival experience stress-free and enjoyable. Whether you’re securing your tickets or passing them on to another festival-lover, Tixel keeps it safe, simple, and secure.

See you at Belladrum 2026!
