Weekend tickets grant access to the festival arena and includes camping from Thursday 0800 - Sunday 1300.

If you have purchased a caravan/ campervan or glamping pitch, you will also need to purchase a weekend ticket per person to access the festival.

• 0-2 year olds go free, but please book a ticket for them in advance.

Child (3-12 years) tickets:

We operate a guardianship policy and identification scheme, find out more under the Children and Guardianship Tab.

Youth (13 – 17) tickets:

Teenagers must be accompanied, as detailed in our guardianship policy.

Safe Ticket Buying:

We highly recommend purchasing directly through our website and via our ticketing partner Gigantic.

Please beware of unauthorised ticket agents and untrustworthy sites as we cannot guarantee the authenticity of these tickets.

We strongly advise customers to not buy tickets from sellers on auction or social media sites and to never to part with funds unless tickets are in the hand and known to be genuine.

Tickets resold anywhere other than via our approved method are sold and acquired in breach of our terms and conditions.

We monitor our social media channels and block scam accounts however please be aware of scams when discussing tickets on social media.

Do you offer ticket refunds?

As per our ticketing terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

How do I transfer a ticket to someone?

If you would like to change the name on your order, please head to www.gigantic.com, log in and click “Manage Account” to change your details free of charge instantly.

Does my e-ticket need my name on it?

If the e-ticket was bought for you as part of a multiple order by one person, try to arrive with that person or have their telephone contact details with you in case there are problems with scanning your ticket at the gate.

There could be a delay getting you into the festival if the ticket won’t scan at the gate and your ID doesn’t tally with the name on the ticket. If you have acquired the ticket from someone else, see above.

My child’s ticket doesn’t have their name on it; does it matter?

No

I’ve printed my e-ticket but the colour is odd?

Don’t worry – so long as it can scan you will be fine.

I cannot find my ticket - can I get another one?

How does Belladrum ticket pricing work?

We release our tickets in phases to give fans the chance to secure the best price, early.

All the more time to plan your visit!

Early Bird Tickets –

Our lowest ticket price, available in limited numbers straight off the back of our 2026 and on sale from Tuesday 4th August.

General Release 2026 – Once Early Birds sell out, tickets move to our standard 2026 price.

Final Release

This ensures we can continue delivering the best possible Belladrum experience.

We always recommend grabbing your tickets early to lock in the lowest available price/

We are really proud of our family-friendly ethos at Belladrum.

We welcome attendees of all ages, but with this in mind, we have some rules on site to make sure that everyone is safe, well, and able to enjoy their stay with us.

Guardianship Policy & Guardianship Identification:

Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an over 25 at the ratio of two under 18s to one over 25.

We understand that some families may have more than 2 children, so please email the ticketing team if you need to purchase tickets over and above this ratio:

There are two age-identifying wristbands; one for children 12 and under and one for 13-17 year olds.

There will be a full ID operation in place at the gates. Guardianship checks will also be performed at the gates.

All those attending with under 18 wristbands will be issued a plain white wristband and guardians will be asked to write their contact details on the inside of this wristband to facilitate safeguarding whilst at the festival.

This policy applies within the arena, moving between campsite and arena as well as within the campsites themselves. More info on the guardianship policy here.

What do I do if I lose my Child at the festival?

Please make contact with the nearest steward or go to the Festival Welfare Office.

Is there a lower age limit on children attending the festival?

No. All ages are welcome at Belladrum!

We’ve welcomed everyone from 1 day old babies (honestly!) to great, great grandparents.

Do I need a ticket for a babe in arms?

Yes, everyone attending the festival requires a ticket so we can keep track of capacity.

Ages 0-2years go free, but you still need to book a ticket via our website.

Do I need ID for my 12 or under?

Yes, if your child looks older than 12 but has a 12 & under ticket you will need to provide a valid I.D.

What constitutes a valid ID?

We accept as I.D: Passports, Driving Licences, Young Scot Cards, Citizen Cards or any other photo I.D with a PASS logo. For children under 12 if you don’t have a photo ID we will accept a copy of their birth certificate.

My child turns 13 during the festival – do they need a full ticket?

No, not if your child’s birthday is up to and including the Thursday of the festival.

Is there family camping?

Yes, the family campsite is aimed at families with young children.

Because of this, please be mindful that any rowdiness, bad language or loudness early or late in the day isn’t welcome and will result in your group being relocated to General Camping.

Can an under 18 with a weekend ticket enter the festival alone?

No, in order to enter the festival, any under 18s must be accompanied by someone 25 or over. There is a limit of two under 18’s per accompanying over 25’s.

Can I bring in a small trolley/ collapsible chair/ food/ umbrella/ baby buggy/ unopened soft drinks and water?

You can take small trolleys, collapsible chairs, umbrellas, baby buggies and unopened soft drinks and water into the arena, however, in order to prevent trip hazards for festival goers, any chairs and trolleys set up in the Hot House fields must remain behind the front of house tent.

At Belladrum, there are multiple campsites to choose from to suit you and your group’s needs.

Family Campsite:

The family campsite is aimed at families and therefore not suitable for rowdy behaviour.

Young children will be present, so antisocial behaviour and excessive foul language will not be tolerated.

This will result in your party being relocated to the general campsite so that everyone can enjoy the festival to the full. Including you!

Please report any behaviour to the FAMILY CAMPSITE HUB.

General Camping:

This campsite is aimed at general festival-goers looking to make the most of the whole weekend.

This is where to camp if you want to stay up a bit later, catching up with your new friends.

Quiet Camping

This is for people who prefer to be away from the noise and bustle of even the family campsite.

Again, please be mindful when camping in this area to keep noise to a minimum - that means no late night bongo sessions!

Clean Fields Campsite:

This is a ‘ticket only’ campsite - please note that Clean Fields tickets must be booked in advance as there is a limited amount.

You require ONE TICKET PER PERSON, not one ticket per tent.

By booking a Clean Field Camping ticket, you are agreeing to our Clean Fields commitment for a cleaner, more sustainable community campsite. Find out more here.

For 2027 we will be introducing a £2 charge for Cleanfield tickets. Please note, this money will go direct to a chosen environmental focused charity.

The introduction of this ticket fee is to avoid people taking tickets that they don’t intend to use (previously free of charge) and other attendees missing out. We thank you for your understanding.

Campsite Facilities

All our campsites have toilets and water points as standard. Don’t forget to bring your refillable water bottle!

Accessible camping/campervan area:

For those with accessible/mobility requirements, we have a dedicated campsite/ campervan area within close proximity to the main festival arena and campsite welfare, who will be on hand to support you.

Please let us know in your accessible application if you require power or access to fridges for medication.

The accessible camping car park is right next to the campsite.

All accessible facilities must be pre-booked via the accessible team.

Glamping:

We have a variety of glamping options at Belladrum.

The glamping options are all within a separate, dedicated glamping camping field. For more information, see glamping tab.

I have bought tickets but I don’t want to camp – can I get a reduction on my ticket price?

No, all of our tickets include camping for free due to the layout of our site, however, staying onsite is optional.

Gate times:

Gates & campsites will open from 0800 on the Thursday.

The arena on Thursday will open around 12 noon (subject to change).

Box Offices are located at each campsite gate and the campervan field if you have any ticketing queries.

Campsite Closing Time

Campsites must be clear by 1300 latest on the Sunday. 

All left equipment and personal items will be cleared if not collected before this time.

Are we allowed campfires?

Absolutely not!

For the safety of everyone on site, if any open fires are seen - they must be reported to a member of festival staff.

Anyone starting a fire will be approached by our security team and fire service and may be asked to leave the event.

Can I bring a gas camping stove or portable BBQ?

Yes, camping stoves and BBQs with legs that do not leave behind any damage to the ground are allowed but only if used safely and correctly. Disposable BBQs are not allowed.

If you have any issues within the campsites our helpful stewards can assist you.

First aid and welfare services can be found near the accessible campsite and within the main arena.

Please note, purchasing a campervan or caravan pass does not grant you access to the festival itself.

Every person staying within the campervan or caravan also needs to purchase a Weekend Camping ticket.

Campervan/caravan pitch tickets are per caravan/campervan, not per person. Buy your tickets here.

Can people sleep in a tent next to my campervan/ caravan?

No, Health and safety regulations do not allow tents to be slept in amongst vehicles.

Can I drop my caravan and leave site with my car?

Yes, but if you do, your car will not be allowed back into the caravan/campervan field until Sunday to collect your caravan.

It will have to be parked in the white car park where you will need to purchase an additional car parking ticket.

You will then need to make your way on foot to the campervan field when the arena is open.

Can cars park in the caravan area?

Not unless they are/were attached to caravans as the main towing vehicle.

We do not have a car park in the campervan/caravan area, and there is not enough room to allow car parking within this area.

Is there electrical hook-up for caravans/campervans?

Yes, you can buy an additional electrical hook-up ticket allowing you one connection to one 16amp 240v blue standard caravan site supply plug per pitch.

Please bring at least 25m of cable to allow for power hook up.

Are trailer tents or tent boxes allowed?

No. We do not allow trailer tents or tent boxes at Belladrum.

Can I sleep in the back of my van in this area?

No, we cannot allow any sleeping within vehicles. Only fully converted vehicles are allowed.

A converted van must have fitted sleeping and fitted cooking or washing facilities – standard vans, horseboxes etc. will be refused entry and sent on to car parks where no sleeping in vehicles is allowed and tickets will not be refunded.

Can I park my campervan/caravan in the public car park, even though I don’t plan to sleep in it?

No. Unfortunately we cannot allow you to park caravans or campervans in the car parks at Belladrum.

Firstly, we don’t have space available to manage this, but more importantly, we have no way of monitoring if people are sleeping in these parked vehicles within the car park and this would be a huge health and safety risk.

Car Parking:

Brining the car to Belladrum? Car parking passes need to be booked in advance via our website.

We encourage you to car share where possible to help us manage the car park capacities and speed up entry to the festival.

When booking, you will have the opportunity to select the car park most convenient for you depending on which event tickets you are purchasing (weekend, or day).

A car parking pass provides access for one vehicle to fit within a space that is 2.4 metres wide x 4.8 metres long.

No trailers or trailer tents are allowed in the car parks, and no campervans/caravans.

• Weekend Car Parking - best suited for those parking up for the whole weekend.

• Daily Car Parking - best suited to those who are taking the car in and out throughout the weekend, eg day ticket holders or non campers.

Please note - in the event that your preferred type of car park ticket is sold out, you can buy another type, this will not affect where you have to camp when you arrive.

Shuttle Buses:

Thanks to the team at D&E we’re delighted to offer this service from Inverness and surrounds throughout the whole weekend. 2027 tickets are not currently on sale.

Pick Up & Drop Off

The pick up and drop off area is accessed via the red car park. Please follow directional signage on arrival.

Travel by Rail, Taxi, Air or Coach

We send out travel information including recommended routes and travel maps ahead of the festival, to customer emails.

Arrival and departure times

Gates to campsites will open from 8am on Thursday.

The arena opens approx 12pm on Thursday.

Arena times are subject to change and will be confirmed ahead of the event, current times for Friday and Saturday opening times are:

Co-op Store opens - 07:00am

The Dell - 09:00am

Club Clan Bella - 09:00am

Hot House Arena - 11:00am

Walled Garden - 11:00am

Those with Wednesday early entry tickets for campervan/caravan can gain entry from 2pm. Final entry is at 9pm.

How late can I arrive?

22:00 Thursday and Friday, 20:00 Saturday.

Departure Times

The campsites must be clear by 1300 latest on the Sunday. Please collect equipment and personal items well before this time.

If you do not feel fit to drive - do not risk is. You can leave the car until 10am on the Monday, post festival .

Admission:

You must have a valid e-ticket to obtain an official wristband to enter the event.

Your purchase of a ticket and admission to the event signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions on the ticket and on the event website.

There is no re-admission without a valid wristband.

Lost, stolen, altered or incomplete tickets will be invalid and will not be exchanged for wristbands or allowed entry.

Holders of wristbands that have been lost, stolen or tampered with in any way will not be granted admission. Wristbands are non-transferable.

Can I leave and return later?

Yes, but if you leave after midnight any night, you won’t be able to get back in until 0800 the following day.

How far will we have to walk from the car parks to the campsites?

This will very much depend on when you arrive and where you want to camp; your walk could be anything from 100m to 1000m.

Please remember the ground is mostly grass and may be uneven, wet or muddy.

Can I leave my car if I am unsafe to drive?

Yes, absolutely. Please do not drive if you are in any doubt.

You can leave your car where it is parked and collect it by 10am on the Monday after the festival ends.

Are there buses to the event?

Yes! Leave the car at home and book onto our shuttle bus services with D&E. 2027 timetable it to be confirmed.

Alcohol at Belladrum

Providing you are 18 or over, you can take alcohol into the campsites. Glass is prohibited, so please decant before you arrive.

Alcohol cannot be taken from the campsite to the arena, but can be taken to the campsite from the arena.

All of our bars operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you look younger than 25, please carry your ID with you at the festival.

All bars are now cashless to help with speed of service, so make sure you bring a contactless card for payment.

No drugs (other than prescription medication in your name) or New Psychoactive Substances previously known as ‘legal highs’ are allowed at the festival.

Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country.

Police officers will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. If you engage in the unlawful supply of drugs, it is likely that you will be arrested.

Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable to eviction from the site.

We want everyone to have a good time at Belladrum, so please follow the rules.

Refillable and rechargeable vapes are allowed on site, however - due to the glass component we ask that all attendees please dispose of these safely.

There will be a vape disposal bins on site. 2027 locations TBC.

Please note that as of 1st April 2025, single use vapes are illegal in Scotland and are not allowed on site.

Belladrum Festival will take place, come rain or shine so please be prepared for all kinds of weather.

We recommend you pack:

- Waterproofs

- comfortable walking shoes and wellies

- sunscreen

- a hat

- valid photo ID

- contactless payment card

- your phone (with your ticket downloaded as mobile internet signal can be patchy)

- fully charged battery pack

- reusable water bottle

Belladrum takes place on the beautiful Belladrum Estate on a mixture of grass, tracks and permanent pathways. The ground can be uneven and depending on the weather can be muddy, dusty or waterlogged.

We are very lucky to have a fully-functioning onsite store, with thanks to our friends at Co-op.

The Co-op store is perfect for picking up snacks, drinks and last minute bits and pieces.

2026 Opening times for Co-op were as follows:

• Thursday 30th: 10am-12am

• Friday 31st: 7am-12:30am

• Saturday 1st: 7am-12:00am

2027 to be confirmed.

Your safety is our priority and that’s why we have security measures in place at Belladrum.

24/7 security is provided across the festival and CCTV is in use at Belladrum.

Searches will be taking place at the event.

These are for the safety and security of all customers so please be prepared for the additional time this may take getting you inside and be patient and courteous to our staff.

‍You are not allowed to bring alcohol in glass bottles, paper lanterns, flares, fireworks, drugs, nitrous oxide, drones, weapons and dangerous objects, professional audio or visual recording equipment.

Please check our full list of prohibited items below ahead of coming to the festival.

We are working with Police Scotland and Counter Terrorism Policing to encourage live music fans to #BeSafeBeSound.

There will be a Police Scotland presence across the festival assisting our teams in keeping you safe.

‍Counter Terrorism Policing is collaborating with the UK’s biggest music venues, arenas and festivals to deliver vital safety advice to the public.

‍We all have a role to play in keeping each other safe.

You can play your part by trusting your instincts, and if you see something that doesn’t feel right, tell security.

Our teams will take every report seriously. You won’t be wasting their time.

Here are some quick tips to help you have a safe and enjoyable time:‍  ‍

·      Arrive early enough to allow time for security checks and measures.

·      Be patient with security checks. It might seem inconvenient, but they are in place to help you.

·      Keep it simple and minimise what you carry. Fewer bags to search will speed up entry.

·      Stay alert and look out for each other. If you see something that doesn’t feel right, tell security. Don’t leave it to someone else.

·      Don’t leave bags unattended. Never agree to look after a stranger’s bag, no matter how genuine they seem.

·      If there is an incident, listen to staff and any announcements

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Glass:

Glass is not allowed anywhere on the festival site.

Your bags will be searched on entry and any found will have to be returned to a vehicle, decanted into a plastic container or thrown away.

Food and perfume in glass is allowed but please try not to bring it – the less glass on site, the less chance of it breaking and injuring someone.

Medicine in glass vessels is allowed.

Animals:

Given the sheer scale of our event and for health and safety reasons we do not permit any animals into the festival, except registered hearing or guide dogs.

The festival is loud, busy, and we often experience adverse (including very very hot weather), which makes it unsuitable for animals.

Drones:

Unauthorised drones are prohibited to fly anywhere over the festival as they pose a hazard to our patrons.

Any unauthorised flights will be reported to Police Scotland.

Photography / Videography Equipment

You are welcome to bring cameras for personal use.

However, large detachable lenses, professional-grade rigs, and drones are prohibited.

Toilets:

Please note that toilets in tents are not permitted at the festival as we do not have the means for you to dispose of waste.

We provide toilets in all of the campsites and the arena, for festival goers.

If anyone has medical needs, which require this facility or waste disposal they should contact the festival and we will advise then on how we can accommodate them on site.

Please do not bring any of the following with you as you will not be allowed to enter the site if any of these items are found in your possession:

● Air horns

● Alcohol (arena only)

● Animals (except registered hearing or guide dogs)

● Bags larger than rucksacks (arena only)

● BBQs or any cooking apparatus (arena only) – all BBQs must have legs and be off the ground. No disposal BBQs allowed on site

● Bicycles, scooters, roller skates

● Bottles (arena only)

● Cameras (DSLR/SLR) with detachable lens/ GoPros

● Chinese lanterns

We allow family friendly flags, with positive messaging that will not offend any of your fellow attendees in any way, within the campsite only.

Prohibited items will be confiscated and if any attendee is found with any illegal item they will be refused entry and referred to the Police.

OUR 2027 THEME IS TO BE ANNOUNCED… CHECK BACK SOON.

Each year we announce a new theme which plays a part in the festival onsite decor.

From onsite art installations and entertainment, you’ll see small nods to to theme throughout your visit.

On the Saturday, we encourage attendees to dress up to the theme, and you can take part in our fancy dress competition too!

This is optional, so don’t feel pressured to spend money on costumes or participation, you can just enjoy the fun costumes that pop up across the day!

Previous theme’s include Movies, Love, Sci-Fi, Love, Cartoons, Party Animals and more.

To provide an Essential Companion/PA ticket free of charge, there does need to be at least 1 full-priced adult ticket in the party.

If the Access Customer is under the age of 12 and is the only paying ticket holder in the party, they will require 1 adult ticket to be approved for an Essential Companion/PA.

Please note that the accessible campsite/campervan field and our accessible platforms are a specific capacity, and once reached, you will not be guaranteed a place.

Do I need to purchase a car parking pass if I have booked a space in the accessible campsite?

‍ ‍

No – parking for one car is included in your accessible campsite booking, you will be sent a specific car parking pass for the accessible campsite parking area in the post.

Parking passes for any additional cars must be purchased in advance for one of the other car parks as parking within the accessible area is limited.

I have a Blue Badge; do I still need a parking pass?

‍ ‍

If you are booked into accessible camping you will receive one car parking pass, as above.

‍ ‍

All blue badge holders will need to apply for a parking pass by emailing accessibility@tartanheartfestival.co.uk.

You will not be charged for a blue badge parking pass but these must be booked in advance.

‍ ‍

Blue Badge parking for day visitors will be located in the WHITE car park.

‍ ‍

The nearest blue badge parking for those in family, quiet, general or clean fields camping is in the GREEN car park.

Where is best for me to camp/ pitch my campervan if I have accessible/mobility requirements?

We have a dedicated accessible campsite and campervan area with parking only a short distance from the main arena. Spaces within these areas must be booked in advance by emailing accessibility@tartanheartfestival.co.uk.

Can I bring a carer/ essential companion/ support worker?

Yes, these are available to book here by clicking the blue banner for accessibility tickets.

Do I need to stay in the accessible campsite or can I stay with my friends elsewhere?

If you wish to camp in other areas of the festival, you do not need to apply for accessible camping/campervan site. However, if you need access to accessible facilities such as toilets, you can apply for an accessible facilities pass by emailing accessibility@tartanheartfestival.co.uk.

Please note, the main campervan site involves a longer journey over uneven ground to get to the main arena.

Are all areas of the festival accessible by wheelchair?

‍ ‍

Yes, and there are special accessible viewing areas at the larger stages; however, as this is an outdoor event, the ground can be uneven and conditions could become muddy and slippery in some areas.

Can I hire a wheelchair?

‍ ‍

Historically we have had Able2Adventure offering free hire of their off-road wheelchairs. To be confirmed for 2027.

I've booked a glamping package, can this be set up in the accessible campsite?

‍ ‍

No, all glamping tents are set up in the glamping field and cannot be set up in the accessible campsite.

Glamping is located the other side of The Dell, at the edge of the festival where ground conditions mean a longer journey including a fairly steep hill to get to and from the main arena.

How do I apply for accessibility and essential companion tickets?

Do you have accessible lanes, at entry?

‍ ‍

Yes. When you first arrive at Belladrum we will have accessible entry lanes at both Tartan & Heart Gates.

Please make yourself known to stewards on arrival if these lanes would be beneficial to you.

Are there any quiet zones?

‍ We identify a few quieter zones on our arena map (areas of the arena that should be quieter and with less footfall than surrounding areas.)

Calm Sensory Space

In 2026 we introducing a quiet, low-stimulation space designed to support neurodivergent attendees who may feel overwhelmed by the noise, lights and crowds of a live event.

‍ ‍

Located away from the main stage, the space offers softer lighting, reduced sound levels, comfortable seating, and access to sensory supports including ear defenders and fidget toys.

‍ ‍

Staffed by trained team members from our welfare team and operating with limited capacity to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, the Calm Sensory Space aims to provide a welcoming environment where guests can regulate, recharge and return to the festival when they’re ready. What is glamping?

Glamping is a luxury type of camping that includes facilities and accommodation considered more comfortable than traditional camping.

What does a glamping package include?

We have a few glamping options thanks to our wonderful suppliers Limelife + Pitch Village.

Choose between bell tents or pre-pitched tents.

Pitch Village pre-pitched tents even offer the option of being ‘ all inclusive ‘ with bed, bedding, and extras included, or you can opt for a blank canvas.

Do glamping tickets include festival tickets?

No – you will need to purchase weekend festival tickets separately to enter the festival.

Can I bring my own gazebo if I've booked a glamping package?

A very limited amount of pre-booked 4m x 4m spaces suitable for 3m x 3m gazebos will be available from our suppliers with glamping package purchases, at an added price. If gazebo space has not been booked, you will not be able to put up a gazebo.

Do I need to buy a car parking pass if I have purchased a Glamping package?

No – parking for at least one car is included in your glamping package.

Your glamping provider will ask for your vehicle registration and the postal address to send your glamping car parking sticker to in advance of the festival.

How many cars can I bring?

We guarantee a maximum of 1 car parking space per 2 people booked into glamping packages, you will need to let our glamping suppliers know how many cars you are bringing – you will then receive car parking window stickers to display in your vehicles by post around two weeks before the event.

Do glamping tents have power?

Bell Tents and Pre-Pitched tents do not have power, however, you can charge your phone, grab a cuppa and give yourself a blow dry in the pamper tents!

I have accessibility/ mobility requirements, can I book a glamping package?

You can absolutely book a glamping package, however, please note that glamping tents cannot be pitched in the accessible campsite, they are pre-pitched in the Glamping campsite.

Glamping is located the other side of The Dell, at the edge of the festival where ground conditions mean a longer journey including a fairly steep hill to get to and from the main arena.

Clean Fields is a campsite where ticketholders agree to keep the area clean and clear all rubbish and camping gear at the end of the event.

You also look after your fellow campers and keep the noise right down.

This is a pre-bookable camping area and is very popular. You need ONE TICKET PER PERSON, and not one ticket per tent.

By booking your clean fields camping ticket, you are opting into the agreement to:‍ ‍

- Take all your camping equipment home

- Remove tent pegs from the ground

- Clear up and dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided

- Don’t over pack, take only what you need for the festival

Your group may be relocated if you don’t follow the rules.

Cleanfield tickets for 2027 will cost £2 per person, with the full income being donated to a chosen environmental charity.

Please note -

We have introduced the £2 charge to help make the Cleanfields booking process fairer and to avoid people booking a high number of what were previously free of charge tickets, and other Cleanfields fans missing out.

Belladrum boasts 14 music and entertainment stages and a whole host of enchanted spaces and nooks and crannies to explore.

Stage times can be found on our social media channels on the lead up to the event.

Once on site, you can find them on our souvenir laminate lanyards, available from the merchandise stall, in the official festival newspaper which can be found across the arena and written up on our chalk boards at each stage.

In the arenas you will find:

- Food traders offering a huge variety of tasty treats (please remember all food traders are now cashless)

- A variety of bars to suit every taste (please remember all bars are now cashless)

- The Co-op on site store.

- A hand-picked selection of stalls and traders selling crafts and trinkets

- Charity partners

- The kids’ area featuring crafts, workshops, games and more

- First aid and welfare points

- Toilets

- Water points – don’t forget your refillable water bottle

A wide range of food and drink is available on site including many local favourite food traders whose offerings cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free as well as traditional Scottish and festival fare.

Food traders will only take card payments so please ensure you bring a contactless card with you.

You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks (including alcohol) into the campsites.

Please do not bring any glass bottles to the event.

Decant your drinks into plastic containers in advance to ensure no delays getting you into the campsite.

Alcohol is not allowed to be taken from the campsites into the arena.

There are plenty of bars within the arena and we are happy to host many local beers and spirits at Belladrum.

All bars are cashless so make sure you bring a contactless card for payments.

Drinking water is available for free at any of the many water points within the arenas and campsites. Don’t forget to bring your refillable water bottle!

Attendees may bring a small quantity of snacks and one sealed non-alcoholic drink per person into the arena. For example, a sealed snack for the children.

Exceptions will be made for those with medical, dietary or additional needs; please explain your requirements to security, who will use discretion.

Where possible, we recommend bringing a medical or doctors note.

Are there cash machines?

No, there are no cash machines. We are a cashless festival site. Bars and food traders will not take cash. We do recommend taking some change for fun fair rides, or the market stalls.

Any merchandise will be available at our merchandise tent within the main arena.

Selected merch will be available to pre-order for collection at the festival. Keep an eye on our social media channels for further details.

Club Clan Bella:

How does a touch of escapism sound?

Our own ‘VIP’ area, Club Clan Bella, is tucked away in the Wooded Dell area of the festival, near the Trailer Trash, Garden and Ice House Stages.

Equipped with its own adult and kids’ entertainment, bar and complimentary caffeine and refreshments, shelter and outdoor seating, games, loos, refresh area and more.

Club Clan Bella tickets must be purchased to access this area, these are additional to your general entry ticket.

Please note, children cannot be left unsupervised within Club Clan Bella.

Friendly Flush

Looking for a bit of a toilet ‘upgrade’ from the usual portaloos? Friendly Flush is the one for you.

These toilets are situated in Family Camping and are 24 hour fully-services toilets, with refresh areas.

The team also provide showers as well as a refresh area with hair dryers and straighteners, but please note, these are on a pay as you go basis.

As the Friendly Flush toilets are situated in the family campsite, bear in mind that some areas of the site such as glamping, campervans, will not be able to enter this area outwith our arena opening house.

All our campsites have toilets and water points as standard but why not skip the queues and indulge in posh loos with Friendly Flush?

Friendly Flush are 24 hour serviced toilets and refresh area - you can buy a weekend pass on our tickets page while stocks last.

Located in family camping, there is no access from Glamping or Caravans between 0200 & 0900 when the arena is closed.

Do Friendly Flush have showers?

Yes. Friendly Flush provide showers but these are on a pay-as-you-go basis. Plus a refresh area with hairdryers, GHDs and vanity stations for additional charge.

Accessible toilets:

Accessible toilets are located in multiple locations across the festival site, at every toilet block and near accessible viewing platforms.

Locations will be highlighted on site maps closer to the festival dates.

Belladrum has its own EE mast servicing the festival, however, mobile networks can still run slowly on site.

Be prepared and bring your spare battery pack and pre-arrange meeting times and places with your friends.

Club Clan Bella ticketholders will have access to free charging points within the Club Clan Bella area.

For 2026 we introduce FIVE Wi-Fi hot spots across site. Keep your eyes peeled for any updates on this for 2027.

How do I get my lost property back during the event/ where do I hand in lost property?

Please go to the Festival Welfare Office located in the main arena; the festival accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.

Competition Terms & Information

Throughout the year we run a number of competitions via our social media and marketing channels.

Prizes may include pairs of tickets or family tickets.

Please note that unless otherwise stated - where the prize is FAMILY TICKETS or FAMILY PASS, this ticket type includes 2 adult tickets (aged 18+) and 2 child tickets (aged 12 and under) for the full weekend. 

All of our weekend ticket prizes include access to camping if you wish to stay on site.

Please note that additional expenses and car parking passes are not included in any competition prizes unless explicitly stated.

If you plan to bring a car, these must be purchased separately:

• WEEKEND PARKING – for weekend campers staying on site the whole time

• DAY CAR PARKING – for those coming and going each day

If your preferred car park is sold out, you can still purchase the other ticket type.

Competition prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no monetary value.

They must be used for the year they are issued.

Winning tickets will be sent digitally to the winner’s email address 2-5 days before the event.
