BELLADRUM CAMPSITES
An introduction into our Belladrum campsite options
At Belladrum, we are lucky enough to draw a wide range of audiences from all over the world - from babes in arms, all the way up to great-grandparents! Our multi-generation audience is something that make’s us a very unique festival space. We understand that each attendee has unique preferences and with this in mind, we have several options available to those who wish to stay on-site with us, and make the most out of their visit.
Below, you can find information on each of our accommodation options.

GENERAL CAMPING
If you’re happy staying up late, making new friends or don’t mind a bit of noise - the general campsite will suit you perfectly. Access to general camping is included for free, as standard, in all of our weekend tickets. You just turn up and pitch in a spot that suits you, when you arrive. Please note, our guardianship policy still applies for the General Campsite, under 18’s must be supervised at all times.
All our campsites have toilets and water points as standard. Don’t forget to bring your refillable water bottle!
CLEAN FIELDS
Normal field camping VS. Clean Fields camping
We introduced clean fields to the festival in 2017 and it’s been a resounding success. Our ethos behind Clean Fields is that festival goers keep their campsite clean, and make sure it has a friendly, neighbourly atmosphere. Clean Fields is a standalone campsite, and each person camping in this area needs their own ticket - these are free of charge and can be purchased through our ticketing website.
Please note: This area is for camping only, so those looking to glamp, or to take a campervan, won’t be able to access this part of the site.
Thank you, wonderful Clean Fields campers for opting into the agreement to keep this campsite spotless. Check out the post-event pictures above of Clean Fields camping versus the other camping areas above. It breaks our wee Bella hearts each year seeing the aftermath of these areas and so we’re very proud that year on year, a high number of attendees choose to pledge the Clean Fields way.
3,000 of you signed up to spend the weekend camping in Clean Fields in 2025. Could you imagine if the whole festival could look like this? Our vision for Bella is that the entire site is left like this in future. We simply cannot manage this huge task without our Bella family. We all have a duty to make sure the estate is looked after. So please all do your bit when you leave:
Take all your camping equipment home
Remove tent pegs from the ground
Clear up and dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided
Don’t over pack, take only what you need for the festival
FAMILY CAMPING
At Belladrum, a huge portion of our audience is families, The family campsite at Belladrum Festival is thoughtfully designed to cater exclusively to families, to help provide a secure and inclusive environment for all attendees.
With the focus on accommodating young children, it is crucial to those choosing to camp in this area uphold a considerate atmosphere by refraining from any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, this would include loud or noisy behaviour during the night, or using fowl language.
Please note, that action will be taken to address any instances of antisocial conduct to preserve the comfort and enjoyment of all campers who choose to spend their weekend here. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the need to relocate your group to the general campsite area for the overall well-being of everyone involved.
Entry to the Family Campsite is included for free, in all weekend tickets - you just pitch up in a spot that suits you.
QUIET CAMPING
If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of busy festival life, this is the campsite for you. Much like the family campsite, please note that this area is specially designated for those who would like to avoid late-night noise or early-morning partying or noise. Those that find themselves carried away in the excitement and being disruptive to neighbouring campers may find themselves being asked to move to the general campsite, where they can keep the fun going.
Looking to bring your camper or caravan to Belladrum? We’ve got you! You can choose to purchase tickets for standard or jumbo pitches, as well as electric or non-electric options. Arrival For Campervans and Caravans
Follow signage for the caravan/campervan field. All campervan/caravan ticket holders will receive a window sticker in the post ahead of the festival.
We ask you to please Display your campervan pass in your windscreen on arrival - Stick it in your windscreen well ahead of getting to the event as this will help our staff direct you to your space as quickly as possible.
Have your ticket ready
For when you arrive so staff can check it. They will direct you to a pitch from there.
Groups
If you want to park together in a group of vehicles, you must arrive together. We are unable to reserve spaces.
You may need a tow
Although we have built access roads, parking is on grass. If ground conditions are wet please have your towing eye operational or to hand before you arrive in case you need to be towed in.
When you get to your pitch
Make yourself aware of your pitch size
Your pitch will be marked/sprayed out showing you your space. Make sure you keep your fire gap surrounding your pitch. There needs to be 3m clearance on all sides between your vehicle and your neighbours’. We will have enforcement staff from the festival removing any infrastructure that has overspilt into fire lanes.
No tents allowed
Tents are not permitted for sleeping in within the caravan/campervan field for H&S reasons. You are permitted to erect an awning extension but this must not be slept in.
Can people sleep in a tent next to my campervan/ caravan?
No, Health and safety regulations do not allow tents to be slept in amongst vehicles.
Are trailer tents or tent boxes allowed?
No.
Can I sleep in the back of my van in this area?
No, not unless your van is fully converted. A converted van must have fitted sleeping and fitted cooking or washing facilities – standard vans, horseboxes etc. will be refused entry and sent on to car parks where no sleeping in vehicles is allowed and tickets will not be refunded.
Get your wristbands
You will be able to collect your weekend wristbands from the gate within the campervan field from 0800 on Thursday. We recommend you exchange your event tickets for wristbands as soon as possible. Leaving it until just before an act you want to see may result in disappointment due to box office queues.
Leaving and re-entering the field during the event
Once you are pitched all vehicles need to remain in place for the duration of the event with the exception of cars that have towed a caravan in. You may leave again in your car, however, your car will not be allowed back into the caravan/campervan field until Sunday to collect your caravan. It will have to be parked in the white car park where you will need to purchase an additional car parking ticket. You will then need to make your way on foot to the campervan field when the arena is open.
No re-admission after midnight
After midnight there is no readmission to campsites for vehicles or people from outside the festival arenas until 0800 the following morning.
Visitors
People from other campsites are able to visit you (except through arenas between 0100 and 0900).
Water and Waste
You can replenish water supplies from taps in your camping area.
Tanks are provided for waste emptying. Please do not empty into the burn.
Generators
No generators allowed on site at all. If you need power you must purchase an electric hook-up ticket.
Gas
Be careful when you’re cooking with gas. Gas cookers inside camper vans and caravans should be safety tested and gas cylinders kept outside the van, which should contain a fully charged water or dry power fire extinguisher.
CAMPERS & CARAVANS
GLAMPERVANS
Campervans 🤝 Glamping = Glampervans 🏕️✨
A very small number of limited campervan/caravan pitches are available in the Glamping field at the heart of the festival.
Glampervan pitches are 7m x 7m and include electric hook-up and the use of the Glamping shower and refresh facilities.
Please bring a 25m cable to ensure you reach the hook-up connection. Please make sure your whole set-up fits on the pitch you booked BEFORE you arrive. Each pitch will have clear boundaries to show you the size of space you have for when you get on site.
Awnings are permitted; however, anyone overspilling their pitch will be required to remove them accordingly to ensure you are within your allotted footprint. All fire breaks between you and your neighbours must be kept clear, for your health and safety - and those around you.
Glampervan passes can be purchased in addition to your festival entry tickets on our website, here. Please bear in mind these are a small, limited offering and so they may be subject to sell-out.
