Each year, we receive excellent feedback on the variety and quality of the concession stalls at Belladrum. If you wish to attend Belladrum in any of the following capacities, this is the application for you!

We are especially keen to hear from food traders who cater for a range of dietary needs, with particular interest in Gluten Free / Coeliac and Vegan options.

Belladrum’s ethos is deeply rooted in family and creativity, so please keep this at the heart of your application.

- Food Trader: At Belladrum, we offer a diverse range of tasty food options from local seafood and exotic cuisines to classic festival grub, coffee and cakes. We prioritise traders who cater for dietaries.
- Market Trader: We’re looking for local, unique and creative Market Traders selling clothes, crafts, essentials, treats and gifts.
- Charities: Charity Alley offers charitable organisations a complimentary space to raise vital funds and awareness.
- Alternative Health or Healing Practitioner: Explore the world of alternative health. We offer space for holistic therapies, natural remedies, and transformative experiences promoting well-being and balance.
- Other Exhibitors: Not mentioned above? We’re certainly open to applications from other types of traders who wish to contribute to our vibrant festival atmosphere!

Belladrum is known for its wild, wacky, wonderful entertainment for all ages. If you have something to offer our family-friendly festival, we want to hear from you!

- Workshops: Do you have hands-on creative experiences to share with others? We invite you to inspire and engage attendees with a variety of exciting activities.
- Street Theatre: Show off dynamic performances throughout the festival grounds and display a variety of quirky characters or interactive storytelling that brings the vibrant Bella atmosphere to life.
- Theatre performances: Captivate attendees with staged productions that feature compelling narratives and showcase local talent, providing a thought-provoking addition to the festival's entertainment lineup.
- Wellbeing: Lead mindful sessions, promoting relaxation while nurturing connections with fellow festival-goers.
- Arts & crafts: Give a captivating session that features arts and crafts - anything from woodwork to the art of handmade jewellery, and even the intricate designs of textile creations.
- Other entertainment: Not mentioned above? We’re certainly open to applications from other types of entertainment who wish to contribute to our vibrant festival atmosphere!
