GENERAL CAMPING

If you’re happy staying up late, making new friends or don’t mind a bit of noise - the general campsite will suit you perfectly.

Access to general camping is included for free as standard, in all of our day and weekend tickets. You just turn up and pitch in a spot that suits you when you arrive. Please note, our guardianship policy still applies for the General Campsite, under 18’s must be supervised at all times.

All our campsites have toilets and water points as standard. Don’t forget to bring your refillable water bottle!

CLEAN FIELDS

Comparison of two aerial views of a grassy park: the left side shows a mess of scattered tents and debris, while the right side shows a clean, well-maintained area with no visible tents or debris.

Normal field camping VS. Clean Fields camping

We introduced clean fields to the festival back in 2017 and it’s been a resounding success.

Our ethos behind Clean Fields is that festival goers keep their campsite clean, and make sure it has a friendly, neighbourly atmosphere. Clean Fields is a standalone campsite, and each person camping in this area needs their own ticket - these are free of charge and can be purchased through our ticketing website.

Please note: This area is for camping only, so those looking to glamp, or to take a campervan, won’t be able to access this part of the site.

Thank you, wonderful Clean Fields campers for opting into the agreement to keep this campsite spotless. Check out the post-event pictures above of Clean Fields camping versus the other camping areas above. It breaks our wee Bella hearts each year seeing the aftermath of these areas and so we’re very proud that year on year, a high number of attendees choose to pledge the Clean Fields way.

3,000 of you signed up to spend the weekend camping in Clean Fields in 2025. Could you imagine if the whole festival could look like this? Our vision for Bella is that the entire site is left like this in future. We simply cannot manage this huge task without our Bella family. We all have a duty to make sure the estate is looked after. So please all do your bit when you leave:

  • Take all your camping equipment home

  • Remove tent pegs from the ground

  • Clear up and dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided

  • Don’t over pack, take only what you need for the festival

FAMILY CAMPING

At Belladrum, a huge portion of our audience is families, The family campsite at Belladrum Festival is thoughtfully designed to cater exclusively to families, to help provide a secure and inclusive environment for all attendees.

With the focus on accommodating young children, it is crucial to those choosing to camp in this area uphold a considerate atmosphere by refraining from any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, this would include loud or noisy behaviour during the night, or using fowl language.

Please note, that action will be taken to address any instances of antisocial conduct to preserve the comfort and enjoyment of all campers who choose to spend their weekend here. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the need to relocate your group to the general campsite area for the overall well-being of everyone involved.

Entry to the Family Campsite is included for free, in all weekend tickets - you just pitch up in a spot that suits you.

QUIET CAMPING

If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of busy festival life, this is the campsite for you.

Much like the family campsite, please note that this area is specially designated for those who would like to avoid late-night noise or early-morning partying or noise.

Those that find themselves carried away in the excitement and being disruptive to neighbouring campers may find themselves being asked to move to the general campsite, where they can keep the fun going.

You can choose to purchase tickets for standard or jumbo pitches, as well as electric or non-electric options. No. These are not allowed within any of the fields at Belladrum.

Can I sleep in the back of my van in this area?
No, not unless your van is fully converted. A converted van must have fitted sleeping and fitted cooking or washing facilities – standard vans, horseboxes etc. will be refused entry and sent on to car parks where no sleeping in vehicles is allowed and tickets will not be refunded.
