Welcome to the September edition of Bella Buzz. Can we all agree to politely ignore the fact that it's landing at the start of October? We promise we have a good reason. It's been very busy over here, so grab a cuppa and let's recap…
Bella 2027: Meet Your Main Stage Headliners
If you've been online since 30 September, you may already have been swept up in the buzz of our 2027 line-up announcement.
We revealed three names, and the response has been incredible. We're beyond delighted and, dare we say it, given that we were JUST short of selling out in 2026… we may be back to sell-out status for 2027 at this rate!
James are back!
They had to pull out at the eleventh hour last year, so having them return for 2027 is a big deal for us. Originally booked as our Saturday night headliners, they'll now be closing out Thursday evening and sending day one off in style.
Fatboy Slim
Quite simply, a massive booking for us, and for the Highlands. He's a legend, and his music crosses generations. He also has a special connection to this part of the world through his Rockness appearances.
It's a wee bit alarming to realise how many years ago that was, but as many of you said in our social comments - we might be a little older this time around (and some of us now have kids in tow), but we can't wait to dance the night away on Friday.
Amy Macdonald
Continuously requested in the post-event survey, and 2027 feels right to welcome her back to Belladrum.
Two sold-out Hydro shows, 20 years since her debut album This Is the Life… she's going to bring the perfect end to what will be a fantastic three days with you all in the fields.
And remember, we're only just getting started.
We have hundreds of artists still to be announced, as well as our theatre, cabaret-style entertainment, children's programming, wellbeing offering and plenty more.
There are still a LOT of things up our sleeves…
Highland Business Awards
A few weeks ago Cairan and Naomi headed along to the Highland Business Awards, and we’re absolute thrilled to say that we came away with the award for Corporate Community Impact!
A huge shout-out to Kingsmills, who were Highly Commended in the same category, and to Balfour Beatty, who were finalists.
This one meant a great deal to us. So much of what we do is rooted in the local community, from our free charity stalls and annual charity partnership to the Belladrum Trust Fund and the donation of more than 200 tickets every year.
In 2025 we raised over £100,000 for charities through donations, and we're currently totting up this year's total.

Out and About
Dougie and Cairan were out of the office at the Visit Inverness Loch Ness networking event, hearing from a range of members.
It was a brilliant day, and we loved hearing from a number of their members during their presentations.
The VILN team are always very supportive of Belladrum and are huge fans, so it was lovely to welcome the team to the Walled Garden area this year. If any of you spent time there, you might have seen them at their stall. If you’re looking for things to do and see in the area, their website has loads of information for you to look through.

Charity Partner
We're also thrilled to announce our 2027 charity partner: Highland Hospice.
The partnership brings together two Highland organisations in a particularly special year, as Highland Hospice prepares to celebrate 40 years of providing care and support to people and families across the region.
While 2027 marks the first year of an official charity partnership between ourselves and the Hospice team, our relationship stretches back many, many years. We're delighted to be building on that connection as the Hospice reaches such an important milestone.
You can opt to add a donation during the checkout process when buying Bella tickets, and keep an eye out for other opportunities to support the Hospice in the coming months.

FAQ this month…
You've been asking, so here are a few answers from behind the Bella desk.
When can I buy day tickets?
We have a huge number of comments and emails asking about day tickets (and two-day options). Our day tickets are dependent on how many weekend tickets we sell and the capacity we have remaining.
While we can't confirm day or two-day tickets for 2027 just yet, we have released them routinely for the last several years in limited numbers, and it's highly likely we'll do the same again. Historically, we've put these tickets on sale later in the year, around March/April, when we announce the final line-up and release the day-by-day schedule.
We don't have a confirmed date for this yet, but if you follow us on social media and/or join our mailing list, you'll hear it from us first when they're available.
The ticket type I wanted is sold out, what can I do?
Don't panic just yet!
We're currently finalising our Tixel page. Once this is live, you'll be able to keep an eye out for tickets being resold by other Bella fans and register your interest for fan-to-fan resale.
If the ticket type you're looking for is a GLAMPING option, you can register your interest via our Google Form, as we're currently exploring potential additional options for next year's event.
When is the next line-up being announced?
Historically, our first announcement has gone out sometime in November, but we were so excited about these three headliners that we couldn't keep it secret any longer!
We don't have a date confirmed yet for wave 2… but, as ever, we'll be all over social media and our mailing list with teasers before the next big reveal.
