You can find our Campsite Welfare and Hospital in the General Campsite near the entry to the arena. The Arena Welfare tent can be located by the Venus Flytrap towards the Walled Garden.

We have a dedicated Accessibility Team working all year round to assist customers with accessibility requirements. Members of the Accessibility and Welfare Team will be on site throughout the festival to assist you.

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES IN THE ARENA:

Access to accessible facilities will be determined by what you have applied and been approved for via our application form.

ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAS

There are various accessible viewing areas available within the arena.

Raised Viewing Platform

The raised viewing platforms located at the Hot House, Garden and Grass Roots Stages are available for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility. Seats are provided for those who need one.

Only the approved customer and their essential companion will have access to the raised viewing platform in order to accommodate as many customers as possible.

All raised viewing platforms have ramped access, wheelchair-accessible toilets. Limited seating is also available at each platform. Raised viewing platforms may get busy, so please note that these are operated on a first come first served basis. Raised viewing platforms are not covered so please dress appropriately for all weather conditions. (Strobe lights may be used in performances.)

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

Wheelchair-accessible and standard toilets for accessible customers are located across the arena and at the viewing platforms.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE

If queuing is a problem for you, please make yourself known to a steward and they will allow you through.

BARS

The main bars will have a section of the bar with a lowered counter.

Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival is an outdoor green-field festival in the Highlands of Scotland with limited seating areas around the event. Please prepare for unpredictable weather and uneven ground conditions. Chairs are permitted within the arena.

●     Wheelchair accessible and standard unisex showers.

●     Charging facilities for wheelchairs and medical equipment, please request this when sending your application.

●     Accessible sink and drinking water points

Customers must bring their own tent and camping equipment.

PITCH SIZE & GROUP SIZE IN THE ACCESSIBLE CAMPSITE

●     Due to limited capacity within the campsite, you will be allocated 1 pitch for your group.

●     Due to the demand for facilities in the campsite, each accessibility customer will be permitted to camp with a maximum of three other adults (to include your essential companion)

ACCESSIBLE CAMPERVANS

The accessible campervan site will have the same provisions as the accessible campsite. This area is now sold out for this year’s event.
